課程概述

111-2 工作與家庭專題:個人、組織與國家


本課程是碩士班(也歡迎高年級大學部挑戰)課程,目的提供學生以下學習內容:
1. 從性別觀點談兩性在工作與家庭場域的變遷: 討論工作與家務分工的角色,兩性在公私領域的時間配置,雙元勞動市場論與兩性在就業環境和薪酬體系中的性別比;性別與工作與家庭衝突和壓力的差異比較
2. 國家,家庭以及市場在工作與家庭平衡上的國際政策比較分析: 討論與分析「工作與家庭」的評估指標,其次是工作與家庭平衡政策的歐洲政策和美國政策,以及亞洲(東亞)政策
3.如何創造台灣未來具有三贏「平衡工作與家庭政策」--如何融入勞動市場政策、人力資本政策和性別平等政策於一體? 

課程目標
1.本課程希望同學學習近年來家庭和職場的變遷所形成的新家庭結構和勞動力發展趨勢,性別觀點的分析將會是主要的探討觀點。
2.本課程探討的面向也將包括職場觀點:工作者可能碰到的工作與家庭衝突問題有那些,如何經由勞動市場政策協助勞動者平衡工作與家庭的需求。
3.本課程也將協助學生認識個人觀點的工作與家庭衝突分析,包括WFC衝突下的壓力源分析、個人調適技巧分析、個人與環境的最適配搭的工作與家庭選擇、WFC衝突下的個人如何界定甚麼是成功?
4. 本課程也將從文化與社會政策觀點探討平衡工作與家庭政策: 包括「社會正義理論(social justice theory)」與「性別公平觀點(gender equity approach)」的工作與家庭政策; 以及「轉折觀點( transactionalapproach )」工作與家庭政策,另外也經介紹「社會認同(social identity)」觀點的工作與家庭整合政策。 
課程要求
出席上課且參與討論,並依規定完成作業
作業:
ESSAY兩篇 (各30%)、
期末報告一篇(40%)
